Delivery charges
Delivery is worked out on your order total after any discount. The more you order, the less you pay for delivery.

How long it takes
- Orders are packed and sent within [1–2 working days] of payment.
- Main centres: usually [2–3 working days] after dispatch.
- Outlying and rural areas: allow [3–5 working days] after dispatch.
Courier times can stretch around public holidays and over the festive season, so please order a little earlier for gifts.
Who delivers
Orders go out with [courier name, e.g. The Courier Guy / Pargo / PostNet]. Once your parcel is on its way you’ll receive [a tracking number by email / SMS].

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived in the time above, please get in touch within [48 hours] and I’ll follow it up with the courier. See Returns & refunds for what happens next.
